This NZ Fantail Bird Light Up Art Block is by New Zealand artist, Sophie Blokker. Sophie creates beautiful paintings of New Zealand birds, then paints New Zealand scenery within the body of the bird. It's like you get two paintings in one!

Inside the body of the Fantail is a beautiful print of the yellow native kowhai flower, which flowers in spring time.

The print is further enhanced with lighting built into the print. Insert three AA batteries into the back of the print, and then tap the frame or canvas to see the lighter parts of the print light up with a subtle glow. Fabulous to view at night, and sure to entrance your guests.

The Fantail art block measures approximately 30cm x 30cm x 3.8cm (11 3/4' x 11 3/4' x 1 3/8'). Flick open a cavity on the back to insert batteries (not supplied).
